We send a written quote scoped to your volume after the call, in INR plus GST. Annual contracts get two months free. Pilot pricing is open for the first three partners in any new agent category.

Questions worth asking

Do you charge per seat?

No. Boole is priced per agent and per conversation volume. Add as many counsellors, ops staff, or admin users as you like.

What counts as a conversation?

A unique student thread inside a 30-day window. A returning student in the same window does not double-count. Outbound nudges from Reach count once per student per campaign.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on the standard tiers. Custom builds are scoped separately and we share the breakdown before you sign.

What's included in the 24-hour go-live?

Programme data ingest, brand voice tuning, one integration (WhatsApp or your website), and a live walkthrough with your team. Deeper integrations roll out over the first two weeks.

Can we start with one agent and add more?

Yes. Most partners start with Sensei, then add Reach within 60 days. Suite pricing kicks in the day the second agent goes live.

What happens if we exceed the conversation cap?

We flag it before you hit it and propose either a tier change or a one-off top-up. We don't auto-bill overages.
